Troy Dean Ippolito, CEO of Trend Design + Build, is pleased to announce the firm’s newest division—Trend Estates, which will specialize in the design and development of custom homes. Trend Estates’ first undertaking will be the design and construction of five new spec homes in the beautiful Golden Isles neighborhood. Construction on the waterfront homes will begin later this year, with an anticipated delivery date of 2017. Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell (EWM) will head the sales and marketing efforts for the properties, which will be priced starting at $6 million.

Golden Isles has become one of South Florida’s most coveted neighborhoods. Located on the edge of Miami-Dade County and Broward County, Golden Isles is at a close proximity to Bal Harbour Shops, Aventura Mall and Gulfstream Park. The gated community, which is bordered by navigable water canals, offers residents easy access to the Atlantic Ocean. The area is also close to both the Miami International Airport and the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. With an increased demand for the area, the neighborhood has been undergoing a transformation in the past couple of years with new homes being built and older properties being remodeled.

“Golden Isles is a calm oasis near great shopping, dining and nightlife options,” said Ippolito, who has successfully developed residential communities in the past. He has been responsible for the designing and building of approximately 300 properties in South Florida. “We are excited to bring these new luxury waterfront resides to Golden Isles, which will contribute to the transformation the area has been experiencing.”

As one of the most recognized and successful residential real estate names in the industry, EWM was selected by Trend Estates as the exclusive listing agency because of its knowledge of the South Florida market and proven track record of successfully listing multi-million dollar residences.

“Currently, there’s no new construction inventory in Golden Isles,” said Scott Patterson, of EWM Realty International, a Berkshire Hathaway and Christie’s International Real Estate Affiliate, who will head the sales and marketing for the properties. “The spec homes by Trend Estates will be a welcomed addition to the exclusive gated waterfront community as they will meet the demand for newly-built and well-appointed single-family homes in the area demanded by all the international cash buyers currently in the market.”

Trend Estates will be in charge of the design and construction of the homes. Its parent company, Trend Design + Build, offers a full range of offerings to develop properties with design and build services, interior design plus an in-house cabinetry and millwork division. The firm’s capabilities to do everything in-house from the design to the general contracting to the millwork ensures projects are flawlessly executed as well as enables the firm to create turnkey projects or provide turnkey options.
