Troy Dean furniture partner Arthur Collection is pleased to announce that its latest pieces can be seen at the recently opened Muse sales center in Sunny Isles Beach. Arthur Collection was selected as the furniture partner for Property Market’s Group Muse project to outfit the sales center as well as the common areas once the residential project is completed. With just one residence on each floor and only 39 total units, Regalia is a luxury oceanfront condominium project located in Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach neighborhood. Residences feature 10-foot high floor-to-ceiling glass windows and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Selected to design the 5,500 square-foot model unit, Troy Dean Interiors maximized the ocean views and created a sleek and relaxed style. The condo includes pieces from the exclusive Arthur Collection, a new furniture collection developed by the firm’s design director, Eric Dyer.

Dreaming in Color: 8 Beautiful Black Bedrooms
We’ve covered all the colors of the rainbow in our series on bedroom color, so let’s turn to black this week. Adding black to your bedroom via an accent wall or as a background canvas for artwork or decorative accessories is the easiest way to add drama. But unless you want to feel like you are sleeping in a cave, I’d avoid painting the heavy hue on all four walls. Instead, pick a wall you want to draw attention to, such as your headboard wall, and use black paint or wallpaper, or black-stained wood paneling, to make this area the focal point.
